Reason:
Jashypoo found out that the Eidolon were an excellent way to travel to primitive and abandoned parts of the universe. To figure out the great evil, people like the Eidolon were needed to see the tiny corners that might otherwise be missed. She has part of her mind in a hawk as all Eidolon's have an animal part of themselves that is created through a coming of age ceremony.
Pros:
*Able to find out secrets of the universe
*The hawk part is able to allow her to be in one place but still explore another
*A hawk, flying animal, is normal so she's able to blend in reasonably well
Cons:
*Because Jashypoo hasn't gained a high enough rank, there are still secrets held from her
*The hawk part of her can only go a short amount of distance away from her without arousing suspicion
*Because of the normality of the hawk, Jashypoo is often overlooked for important missions
