Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" - Teaser Trailer Review

Sorry for not having this review out sooner, but I was away. That meant I couldn't get this review out when it was released/leaked. But I'm back now, so onto this trailer review!

First off: I love Joss Whedon and I love the first Avengers movie. So I have really high hopes for this film.

So what does this trailer reveal about the upcoming sequel?

A Youtube comment by hunterkiller1440 states, long story short, that Tony Stark knows about Hydra and so creates Ultron in an attempt to create a better security system. But, during testing, the AI escapes and goes to a mine to create a more suitable body. Ultron makes the Avengers paranoid against each other and that's where the Civil War storyline will come from (yep, the MCU will be introducing moviegoers to that storyline that I hear is nothing but pain). And, finally, there will be a huge fight scene between the Avengers, the two twins, and Ultron.

Ultron just appears spooky. With his monologue and the music in the background. Music can help lift up a dull story and make a great story even greater. This trailer just oozed the fact that Ultron is not to be messed with.

As for some of our heroes?

Bruce Banner seems to be in pain. Since the first Avengers movie I have fallen in love with Mark Ruffalo's portrayal of this character. Something bad must have happened as he seems to be curled up in a blanket while later he is seen running nearly naked (except for his pants). I also believe I caught a little bit of Hulk reaching out to Natasha. So maybe their relationship is looked at more during this movie?

As for Natasha, we see a group of ballerinas so maybe that will be expanded on in this movie.

At one point Thor lifts Tony up. Is it because he is mad at the billionaire for creating Ultron or is he suspicious of him?

We finally get to see Hawkeye returning! Where has he been lazing off at while the other Avengers have risked their lives in their solo movies?

The first shot of Ultron has a little bit of a scared Bruce and I just want to hug the man. He doesn't deserve all the crap that has been happening to him!

Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch seem to be on Ultron's side. Maybe Ultron has 'rescued' them and convinced them he is the good guy. And with tortured people like that, it would be easy. They wouldn't be used to someone being friendly to them.

Hulk vs Hulkbuster seems like it is going to be one hell of a fight!

'There are no strings on me' is the final line of the trailer and said by a creepy as hell Ultron.

Why does no one learn that creating AIs is a bad thing in movies! ARG!

More infuriating than that is having to wait for May 2015 to see it.

All in all, it is very clear by the trailer that Avengers: Age of Ultron will be a much darker film than the first. And, knowing Whedon, I will be an emotional wreck by the end of it.
