The darkness I saw in the woman before me made me doubt her. It all depended on how she wanted to let her rage out. I could tell her everything and yet the bloodlust in her could still need to be sated. I was aligned with House Targaryen, a member of the House myself by Daenerys' decree, and the Lannister queen might see me as representing Daenerys herself.

"I thought I would be meeting with King Tommen." I told her, hoping that the loss of her final child was a weak point for her. "I was surprised to see you on the throne and not him. It is a pity he isn't here as from what I heard he had been a good king. A kind one. What happened?"

Game of Thrones Season 7 Predictions and Wants [Reposted]

Well there is a nice long wait until Season 7, the second to last season of Game of Thrones. I was just really getting into the series so, of course, it has to come to a close. Besides mourning the fact that this show won't last much longer I've been thinking of what Season 7 holds for us loyal viewers.

I can't talk about every fan theory/prediction out there nor can I cover everything in one post. There is a huge cast of characters so talking about every plot line isn't plausible in a post I don't want to take two years to write. Maybe if I find time there might be a sequel to this post and I'll talk about things not covered here. So if you don't see a certain theory, comment away and tell me.

Finally, some of these 'predictions' are better classified as wants in that I don't think they'll happen but I really want them to.

Jaime Lannister and the Valonqar Prophecy [Reposted]

Jaime Lannister has come a long way since his first appearance in Game of Thrones. He has become a sympathetic character that many have grown to like. His good traits now far outweigh his bad ones. It's strange to think that the man who pushed Bran Stark out of the tower has such a huge following now.

It would be great if people could understand character growth when talking about the characters of Jorah Mormont, Theon Greyjoy, and Sansa Stark. But that's a rant for a different day.

Anyways...one mystery of Game of Thrones is who the Valonqar is. Some people think it's Arya Stark while others go for the more obscure. In this post I'll be making a case for why Jaime Lannister is the Valonqar.

House of the Dragon Season 1 (Mini-Review)

House of the Dragon tells the epic story about the Targaryen civil war. The show's first season follows the events that lead to the start of the war. When King Viserys I Targaryen's wife dies during childbirth leaving him with no male heir, he decides to declare Rhaenyra his heir. As she is his daughter, not son, there is questioning of the decision. Otto Hightower sees his chance to put his family on the throne and so uses Alicent to seduce the king. There is never a doubt about a war starting, it is just a matter of when. House of the Dragon was released on HBO in 2022.
