The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)

Title: An Unexpected Journey

Series: The Hobbit

Director: Peter Jackson

Starring: Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, and Richard Armitage

Rated: PG-13

Released: 2012

Personal Rating: 3.5/5

Oscars: N/A

Plot:  A younger and more reluctant Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, sets out on a "unexpected journey" to the Lonely Mountain with a spirited group of Dwarves to reclaim a their stolen mountain home from a dragon named Smaug.
----------------------------------------

Beginning Scene Went On Too Long
I can understand that Peter Jackson wanted to tie The Hobbit Trilogy (starting with An Unexpected Journey) into his Lord of the Rings Trilogy. So when Bilbo started giving some backstory needed for this Trilogy, I didn't mind. It was nice seeing Bilbo, I won't deny that. But then it just on for way too long. I don't care about tying this up to the beginning of Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring to the point where Frodo mentions that he's going to surprise Gandalf. I went to see The Hobbit and not Lord of the Rings. This is a scene that needed to be shortened since it really adds nothing to the film as a whole (except the backstory given by Bilbo).

Gollum is Creepier
I can't believe that Gollum got creepier. I really don't know how that's possible since he is always creepy. The only reason I can think of that Gollum is creepier is due to the fact that he is in his element. Besides that, I really have no idea why Gollum creeped me out this time more than in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

The Misty Mountain Song
This was my favorite piece of music in the movie. I admit I'm biased towards music with lyrics. But it is really the vocals that makes this song so good. The atmosphere the song creates is wonderful to behold. The first time you hear it (the second time being during the credits) is when the dwarves are in Bilbo's house. What makes it seem to take on an even sadder tone during this scene is what Bilbo is going through. So hearing the song is both a reminder of what the dwarves have lost and the guilt Bilbo is experiencing.

Final Thoughts
I  went into this expecting a bad film. I have been angry for awhile that The Hobbit is being split up into three films (due to me seeing this as a blatant money grab thing). So with that low expectation, the movie was better than I was expecting. There wasn't a moment that I was bored during the entire movie. For those wondering, I haven't seen it in 48fps and saw it in the usual 24fps.

Let's Play Mario Kart Wii: Getting Gold (Parts 11-13)

I continue to try and get first place in all the cups.

S&N: The Rule of Logic 6

The room was of a moderate temperature and somewhat comfortable to humans. However, no one in the room took comfort in the temperature or the furniture. This wasn't surprising as what was to be discussed wouldn't be pleasant.

I turned to my left and looked at Samara. Nothing had seemed to happen when her and Mark had gone to investigate Playful Ballet. Samara was no closer to being Mark's lover than she was before.

Looking around the room I noticed Martha and Rebecca sitting closer than normal. I didn't blame them as they had recently nearly been separated. Mark was looking at both Samara and myself, as if his look would change our relationship. Stewart was looking calm as always. I scanned him and was reassured when it turned out that he was still human.

Elemental Earth Kered was lying on the couch as he had insisted on not holding a meeting in Sam's room. I didn't see the need to carefully move him as Sam's room would've held us all comfortably. But, humans being humans, held importance about a bedroom. I probably would've given the bedroom more importance if I had still been human.

As it was, I waited for Mark to start speaking. If he could get over his fear of speaking in front of an Elemental.

"Earth, Mark and Samara have a plan to deal with the Playful Ballet problem." I said when I felt Mark had spent too long remaining silent. Kered nodded and we all turned to face Mark.

"As you know," Mark said. "My team was called in to help Samara Crichton and Nazilla with Playful Ballet. Recently, Crichton and myself went to a Playful Ballet convention to explore options."

I kept silent and didn't say that him taking Samara was purely for his benefit. He wanted to take her out on a date and the only reason I hadn't stopped him was that Kered had been captured.

"We have found a way to take the front out." Mark continued and a faint smile formed on his lips. The fact that Kered hadn't interrupted him seemed to give him courage.

"The heads of the front will be gathered soon." Samara said. "Martha has already set a plan in motion to make sure the front won't be able to start up again once the leaders are killed."

"I still don't think we need to kill them." Martha said.

Kered sighed and everyone in the room tensed up. "Those who work with The Net aren't really people anymore." He replied. "Even Nazilla is more human than they are. The only sure way to stop them is to kill them."

"Unless they need to be tortured first for information." Samara added and had to hold back a look of revulsion.

Martha's only reaction was to nod.

"How soon will the attack on Playful Ballet be ready to execute?" Kered asked Mark.

"Two weeks." Mark replied and Kered responded with a nod.

"Can't wait to get The Net back for what they did." Rebecca said and pointed to her knee.

"The Net didn't capture me." Kered said and everyone but me looked confused. I felt confused but my body didn't show it. "Logic did."

"Logic?" Stewart asked.

"We have a new enemy." Kered continued. "Logic is a secret organization in The Net made purely up of Machines. Specifically, every Machine besides the M-3s and M-4s."

"Is it possible they are evolving themselves?" I asked. "When we went to rescue you, Kered, some of the Machines I scanned gave me an odd reading."

"What do you mean by odd?" Stewart asked.

"The readings from the scan said they were M-4s but something was off." I replied. "I can't explain it any other way."

"It is possible." Kered said. "Also, your rescue was probably made easier so that Logic could get knowledge of itself out. So that Karma would be in fear of being beaten on two fronts."

"I had heard mention of Logic before." I said, regretting that I hadn't picked up on the information sooner. "Before I escaped from Netty, I had heard a comment about Logic but just brushed it off."

"It wasn't your fault." Samara comforted me. "There were other things on your mind."

"Do you know how many things I can think of at once now?" I asked. "Because I was thinking of other things is no excuse for me to let something like that slip."

"Crichton, you can discuss Nazilla's failure with her later." Kered said and Sam turned her gaze back to Kered quickly.

A few minutes later the meeting ended and dinner was prepared. Since Kered was with us, I stood behind Samara and didn't pretend to actually be interested in food. I also remained silent as the conversation started.

The only piece of conversation I put any thought into was one of Kered's comments, "Never trust a Machine. Those things don't feel or think like we do. They don't care about us. Even if one helps you, don't trust it."

Let's Play Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (Parts 57-59)

I go through the mall area.

S&N: The Rule of Logic 5

What did Kered's ramblings mean? I added that to my list of things to put in the background until Kered was at Sam's house. I turned to Rebecca and we shared a glance. I could tell that she was more than happy for the rescue mission to be half-way done.

I stepped out of the cell and just as my foot exited it, an alarm went off. Rebecca tensed up and then relaxed. It seemed like now that there was a threat she was used to, she could calm down.

"We don't have much time." Rebecca said with a smile starting to form on her face.

"Yes." I replied and followed Rebecca as she started to run. I was worried about the safety of Kered and that the mission would fail because there was only a human protecting me. The other worry at the moment was if I were to be reprogrammed by Netty that I would bring danger to Karma and Samara.

Three M-3s came to investigate us before we got out of the building. While they got out a few shots, Rebecca was able to shoot them down very quickly. This gave me hope that our mission would be successful.

A few seconds after that thought was formed, Rebecca was running through the building and shooting at the Machines that started shooting at us. After minutes of running through the building and nearly getting killed, we exited the building. As anyone could've guessed, there were other Machines out there too.

Yelling out run was illogical since what was to be done was obvious.

"Run!" Rebecca yelled and showed her humanity. I ran after her as shots followed us and she fired back.

I dodged fire and took the hits that I couldn't dodge. I was being very careful not to get Kered hit. Finally the car could be seen in the distance. Stewart was in the driver's seat with Martha riding shotgun.

Rebecca yelled out in joy about seeing the end of the mission, but then the yell of joy turned into a cry of pain. She fell down after being shot in the knee and Martha's mouth opened in anguish.

Finding a fallen comrade to be more important than this particular Elemental, I was about to run to help Rebecca when she waved me to go to the car. I nodded and ran as fast as I could. I turned back to see Rebecca limping at a pretty good pace.

When I reached the car I put Kered in a seat, buckled him up, and took out a gun and shot at the Machines pursuing Rebecca.

"Get in the car, Nazilla." Stewart ordered and I just continued to shoot the Machines trying to kill Rebecca.

As more fire hit me I started to think that protecting a fellow soldier was illogical. Just as I put my gun away Rebecca jumped into the car. I quickly followed her and shut the door as Stewart drove away.

The ride back, after we were away from the Machines, was very quiet. The only sound was the car and Kered's repetition of 'The Net' and 'logic'. Stewart seemed to be staying quiet because he was angry. Rebecca was out of breath and Martha was recovering from nearly losing her sister.

Upon reaching Sam's house we exited the car and entered the home. Mark and Samara had not yet returned. I took Kered up to Samara's room, put him on the bed, cleaned up his wounds, and stayed by his side.

Safe (2012)

Title: Safe

Director: Boaz Yakin

Starring: Jason Statham, Catherine Chan, and Chris Sarandon

Rated: R

Released: 2012

Personal Rating: 3.5/5

Oscars: N/A

Plot:  Mei, a young girl whose memory holds a priceless numerical code, finds herself pursued by the Triads, the Russian mob, and corrupt NYC cops. Coming to her aid is an ex-cage fighter whose life was destroyed by the gangsters on Mei's trail.
--------------------------------------------------------------

The Body Count/Action
This movie has a pretty decent body count. And by pretty decent I mean a bunch of people seem to go down every scene. What makes this body count good, for me at least, is the action in this movie. The action keeps you on edge of your seat with enough downtime for you not to fall off.

Jason Statham
This movie is Jason Statham kicking a huge amount of ass. And boy does he do it very well in this movie. His sole companion (besides his badassness) is a little girl called Mei. Luckily she doesn't hamper him (except for giving away his position at one point in the movie) and even helps to kill a guy at one point.

A Little Complicated And A Little Simple
This movie is both complicated and simple to explain. It's simple to explain since all it really is about is Statham protecting a little girl (Mei) from different groups of people who want to use her to open a SAFE. It gets a little complicated when you take into account how Statham is related to the groups. There is the Russian Mob that have it in for Statham, the crooked cops that Statham used to help, and I guess Statham isn't connected to the Triads.

Final Thoughts
This movie is a fun movie to sit back and enjoy. Not every movie has to be philosophical to be good and this movie proves it. Safe knows what kind of movie it is and thrives in itself. If you want another movie where Statham beats the crap out of people, here is that movie.

First Response: Safe (2012)

I give my first thoughts on Safe (2012) starring Jason Statham.

Dead Space: Martyr (B.K. Evenson)

Title: Martyr

Series: Dead Space

Author: B.K. Evenson

Released: 2010

Rating: 4.5/5

Basic Plot: This novel focuses on Michael Altman and the founding of the Church of Unitology.

As An Adaptation
This isn't a novelization of any of the games, per se, but an expansion of the Dead Space Universe. This novel stays true to the feel of the Dead Space games. Like the games, the universe is complicated and it gets extremely creepy at points. While the beginning of the novel is slow, there are gory scenes spread out throughout the novel.

Same Last Names
One slight problem with the novel is the callbacks to the rest of the series. I am talking about some characters having the same surnames as characters in the first two games. I consider this a slight problem because any of the characters (the ones with the same surnames) being related to other characters is a stretch. This is mainly due to the problem of characters in the games being direct descendents of them.

Michael Altman
Throughout the games I had come to think of Altman as sort of a jerk. This is because of him being the founder of Scientology in the Dead Space Universe. This book has totally changed my views of him. Through the course of the book I came to admire him and was sad at what happens to him at the end.

Final Thoughts
I had been meaning to read this book for a little bit. I haven't played any of the games (the first two games because I don't have good enough hand controls and Extraction because I haven't gotten to it yet) but have watched Let's Plays of all the games. So when I saw a prequel novel about Michael Altman I had to get it. I am glad to say it didn't disappoint and I hope the third game in the series brings me as much joy.

S&N: The Rule of Logic 4

Rebecca was very quick to draw her own gun and aim. I pointed my own gun at the nearest Machine. Luckily the first line of guards weren't anything to worry about due to Stewart and Martha creating such a good distraction.

The two M-3s and one M-2 turned to look where the distraction was. My sensors picked up a signal and I motioned to Rebecca to step to the side of the door. As soon as she got into position, a blur of motion came out. I recognized the M-3s that were exiting but the other model I didn't.

My sensors told me that they were M-4s. But something seemed off about them. Something was missing. I couldn't tell what and I didn't have the time now to run a full analysis. Doing the only thing I could to solve the mystery at the moment, I ran a program to look into the problem. I then ran that program in the background.

Getting back into the moment, I waited until the Machines were out before entering the building. Rebecca followed behind me. I scanned the area and pulled up a map of the building. I signaled to her and we raced down a hallway.

After a few minutes of running we got to the large jail part of the building. I scanned each and every person to find Kered. Some of the prisoners made sense.

There were a lot of M-4s chained up. The chains were made up of harder material than would be used to imprison a human. They were probably chained up due to M-4s being harder to control than normal Machines. I had to turn my head away from looking them in the eyes. The human emotion of guilt was coming back to me. It was illogical and I managed to stop thinking about it.

Some of the prisoners did not make sense.

I scanned them and confirmed that they were human. That wasn't the odd part. The odd part was that they were members of The Net. According to my files on them, they were all extremely loyal to Netty.

I had to force myself to continue to look for Kered. Questions of why The Net was imprisoning their own wasn't important now. Getting the Elemental out of here was.

After a few more seconds I was able to find where Kered was being held. There was an old fashioned lock on his cell door that was easy for me to break. He wasn't a Machine so why would he be held like one?

Rebecca had my back as I rushed into Kered's cell. I scanned the area, decided it was safe, and picked up the damaged Elemental.

"Logic...The Net...logic..." Kered kept on muttering as I took him out of his cell.

Revolution "Ties That Bind" Review

Nora!

S&N: The Rule of Logic 3

While my main focus was on the mission, there was still a little that focused on Samara. I ran a few processes to push her further back and then looked out the window. In the car with me were Stewart, Rebecca, and Martha. Stewart, taking the position of team leader for the moment, was driving.

I turned my head so I could focus on Rebecca more. I could tell that she didn't like her part in the plan to rescue Kered. Though she didn't like me, she couldn't deny rescuing Elemental Earth was much more important.

I looked at the two other members of the mission and knew they could do their job. Stewart appeared to be someone who could take control of any given situation. Martha would follow his orders. That was the same obedience that Rebecca would show.

After a few minutes, the hour long journey to where Kered was being held ended. In the distance was a building with subtle markings to show it was owned by Netty. Stewart stopped the car and both Rebecca and myself exited.

Stewart quickly put distance between us and him. Rebecca turned to me and let out a long sigh. She knew what was going to happen as well as I. Not only were we going to rescue Kered, we were going to be working together. Not with a group, but with each other.

"We better hurry." I said and Rebecca nodded. We only had a small window of time to rescue him.

With hardly another moment passing, we started to walk quickly. I wasn't worried that Rebecca's fear would be a hindrance, in the first part of the plan it would be necessary.

I kept all my scanners on full alert and when we got close, at least by Machine standards, I grabbed Rebecca and held a gun to her head. To a Machine this would be seen as useless until human emotions were taken into account. Doing this also increased what Machines read as fear so that I could more easily pass her off as my prisoner.

A little bit of walking later and I came to the entrance of the building. At the entrance were two M-3s and one M-2. Even though the M-2 had skin on it, one could tell that it was clumsily put on.

"She is part of Karma." I said.

"You're an M-4. Unreliable." The M-2 said. "And how did you get her?"

My old self started to rise and I pushed it back. A witty comment wouldn't help the current situation.

"She's human." I replied and, before the M-2 could reply, a small explosion went off. Stewart and Martha were doing their part. Letting go of Rebecca, I got ready to do mine.

S&N: The Rule of Logic 2

I could tell something was going to happen by Mark's odd heart rate. It seemed like his heart rate was about to go up. The mindless conversation was about to have something added that I wouldn't like.

If I were human, I'd be flexing my muscles at this point. As it was, I stayed still as the conversation continued. I heard the car pull up and the others getting out. Stewart, Rebecca, and Martha were about to come in and hopefully get Samara away from Mark.

While human hearing wasn't as good as mine, Mark also knew that time was running out.

"Samara," Mark said and I could tell he would've used her nickname if I wasn't present. "I'm wondering if you'll do a mission with me."

"What mission?" Samara asked, cutting me off from saying anything.

"Just to check out a Playful Ballet convention."

"If Samara goes, I go." I said since I could guess what breakfast was really about. "It'll be a big area and my abilities will help you out."

"I was just thinking of Samara and myself." Mark said.

"Marky, you aren't taking my girlfriend on a date." I replied to him. I stared at him and saw his heart rate increase even more.

"What Mark probably means is that you'll be too much of a giveaway." Samara said, trying to justify Mark's request. "The Net will notice a rogue M-4 more than two humans."

I nodded only to show a human response for Sam. Looking at her I could see a little fear when looking back at me.

"Are you sure he's not taking you on a date?" I asked and by Sam's response I could tell the idea didn't do anything for her. My inner human smiled.

"Just be calm, Naz, I'm not going to leave you." She told me and I thought about my previous thoughts. Being with her was safety and the other reasons were starting to leave me.

I was going to reply, but at that moment the others came in. I got up quickly and faced Stewart. At the moment our eyes met I could tell something was wrong.

"What is wrong?" I asked in an effort to distract myself from what Samara was planning to do.

"It's about Kered." Stewart replied and looked to Mark. Mark's only response was to wave us off. Stewart nodded and we went into another room.

"You're worried about losing her?" Stewart asked me and the two sisters gathered around us.

"Yes." I said. He didn't need to know my true feelings. "What is it about Kered?"

"He's been captured." He replied and I could sense the things that would be classified as human fear. An Elemental being captured wasn't an every day thing.

"Do you know where?"

"Yes." Rebecca said. "He's not far away."

"You were going to ask Mark what to do?" I asked them.

"Yes." Martha replied.

I turned quickly and burst into the kitchen.

"Mark, stop flirting with Samara and do your job." I said and Mark reached for his gun. He would've took it out and fired it, if not for Sam. "Kered is captured. Permission to rescue him."

Mark let out a sigh of relief of work not affecting his ability to be with Sam.

"Stewart," He said and Stewart came to stand by me. "You're in charge of rescuing Kered."

With a second wave from Mark, we went to another room to start planning. I hoped that Samara would remain true to me on the 'mission'. I would've fought more but the stability of Karma was much more important than lingering feelings of jealousy.

Revolution "The Children's Crusade" Review

Chewie is tough!

S&N: The Rule of Logic 1

My sensors started to pick something up. I thought about it for a few minutes and then it dawned on my M-4 processors. It was Samara's favorite breakfast. It was a jalapenos omelet. She liked clearing out her sinuses in the morning. Not always, but from time to time.

It was strange that I wasn't making it for her, since it was usually my duty to make it. Samara didn't like making it because she preferred my cooking skills. But a lot had happened in three years to have changed that.

Within a nanosecond something hit me. The breathing was different from Samara's. I went into the kitchen and saw Mark. How he would've known about the omelet was easy to guess: Samara had told him.

I watched him make it and grew a little jealous. Though that wasn't really the correct term. I didn't know how to describe it. All I knew was that I didn't like Mark doing something I would normally do.

After a few minutes he turned to me and I met his eyes. My eyes didn't have to blink and so he became uncomfortable very quickly. He turned back to making breakfast. After my outburst he knew I could do damage out of anger.

And having a Machine after you isn't something any human wants. Truth be told, not something a Machine wants either.

My thoughts were diverted when I heard Sam's footsteps and turned to look at her. She had just come back from a morning jog. They had been getting longer as of late. Like she was trying to escape something.

A small smile formed on her face when she saw the omelet.

"You made this for me, Mark?" She asked him.

"Yes he did." I said tonelessly. I was not to be left out of this conversation.

A small blush appeared on Mark's face and then quickly disappeared. I was the only one with the sight to see the remaining blush on his face.

"Thank you." Samara said and then turned to me. "Are you growing tired of cooking too?"

"I didn't know." I paused. "And you didn't ask."

After a few minutes Sam's omelet was ready and Mark brought it to the table. I sat down beside Samara and joined in on the mindless conversation Mark had begun. But while I joined in on the conversation another part of my mind thought something different.

Looking at Samara I noticed her beauty, as always, but something seemed to be missing. Something was lacking in her features now. I would always stand with her but there was only confusion when I tried to figure out what was gone.

I loved her but also cared more for my safety and jealousy was also something that was starting to enter the relationship.

I tried pushing that to the back of my mind and focus on the conversation. But I was too advanced to be content with one topic at a time.

A person asks about my blog.

Trouble at Sea

Adopt one today!Adopt one today!Adopt one today!
He was much smaller than me, but was giving me attitude. How dare he give me anything but pure respect. Rev Rezner was part of the royal family and I was merely part of the Jingo Clan, but I didn't deserve this. Never this much disrespect.

"It isn't true!" I yelled at him. What was I arguing about? I couldn't remember. All that mattered was that I was right.

"Lillith, you are far from correct." Rev replied and I refused to listen to anything else that came out of the male Hellfire Wyvern's mouth.

"If you didn't realize, I'm the female of your breed." I growled. "Therefore you should just bow before me and quit the argument."

"And if you don't remember, I am of the Royal Family." He replied but couldn't force himself to growl. I took comfort in a small victory.

We both turned as one as we heard a Frozen Hatchling dragon fly in. Shortly after the sound, Baron Sirrush appeared. To all appearances he was just a normal Black hatchling dragon. In truth, though, he had been made to be a hatchling for his remaining lifespan. Hence the term Frozen Hatchling.

Baron landed on a ledge that was eye level for me and slightly above eye level for Rev.

"I have orders from Jash Connor for the two of you." Baron looked at me and then Rev Rezner, almost like he knew that we were arguing. This wouldn't surprise me as both Rev and I were arguing loudly a few short seconds ago.

"What are they?" Rev asked.

"Jash's orders are for both you and Lillith Jingo to follow a shipment of coltan." He said. "And after you find it you are to destroy it."

"Sounds easy enough." I replied.

"It doesn't matter if it's easy enough." Rev replied. He was obviously looking to start another argument with me.

"Enough." Baron said and we stopped the budding argument. "Report to Jash when you are done."
And with that he flew off to leave us alone to complete the mission.

"Baron Sirrush is right." Rev said.

"You are right for once." I replied. "We'll continue our argument after the mission."

Rev Rezner nodded in agreement.
*                 *                 *
My wings flapped without stop, except to glide every now and again, in the direction of Pru Jingo. Pru would help with getting the shipment of coltan. The social creature had a habit of getting good information.

While I was meeting with Pru, Rev Rezner would be checking a loading dock. We had good information that said the coltan was coming by the Pacific Ocean.

I looked down to the ground and I was reminded again of what I was. Not just a dragon. Not just a creature who was based off of myth and legend. I was one of the newest weapons against Skynet. It was a duty and honor.

As always, I was focusing on my surroundings while I was going over the plan. My head tilted slightly to where a sound was coming from. It was only slightly so I wouldn't get too turned around.

After a few seconds of thinking about the sound, I knew what it was. I decided to take it head on. What could an HK really do against me? I was a dragon. It was merely a machine. As those thoughts flew through my head, the HK came into my sight.

Just as I released what Jash Connor called hellfire, as I was a female Hellfire Wyvern it was a light bluish color, the HK turned to the left. I roared in frustration and tracked the HK to see what small movements I'd have to do so that the HK wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Over a few minutes of the HK dodging and me chasing I realized this was a little more difficult than it seemed. Damn Skynet for learning.

A little while later we were over the ocean. I finally managed to get above the HK and dove down towards it. A crashing sound was heard as I ripped one of its wings off. I roared in joy at finally striking it.

That joy was downgraded as it barely righted itself and started to fire at me. Luckily the bullets barely chipped at my scales. My next roar was in anger. I kept on trying to fire at it but it managed to dodge every time.

Well, not every time. I managed to nick it from time to time. After what seemed like some time, a Two-Finned Bluna jumped out of the water, roared, and spread its wing. The roar distracted the HK and Pru Jingo smiled.

I swear I could see the soulless machine shiver from the sound. I grinned and bit the HK in half.

Both halves of the HK went crashing down into the waters below. I grinned about my most recent kill. Only problem was that there wasn't any blood to enjoy. No flesh to eat along with the victory. Maybe after the War with the Machines I'd be able to enjoy flesh more often. For now that wasn't an option.

I flew down and started to circle around Pru Jingo. She seemed happy about the kill but nothing to show she took pride in the hunt.

"Thank you, Pru Jingo." I said and bowed my head.

"For a fellow clan member and dragon, it is the only thing I could do." Pru replied and smiled. Though I couldn't tell if she was smiling because she was happy or if it was an expression that was stuck on her face for eternity.

"Have you heard anything about the Coltan shipment?" I asked her. For a moment I was afraid she wasn't going to answer. This was due to her long pause.

"I don't think that's what you should worry about at the moment." She replied.

"Why do you say that?"

"I have seen Rev Rezner captured." Pru said and I shook my head.

"Why didn't you go and save him?" I asked.

"Are you kidding? I couldn't rescue him." She said and sighed. "Don't think I didn't want to. I'm an Information Gatherer for a reason. I can hardly fight."

"What if I helped you?"

"That would work, Lillith Jingo." Pru said. "I will follow any and all of your directions if that's the way you want to go."

As Pru agreed with me I realized that there was a problem. I didn't like Rev at all. The only respect I gave him was because he was part of the Royal Family. But should I really allow him to stay captured by Skynet?

No. I wasn't that heartless of a bitch yet. So there were now two options. Either I rescue him with Pru or I go back to Jash Connor for reinforcements. One was the smart thing to do and one was the right one.

"We'll go rescue Rev Rezner." I finally said and Pru Jingo's smile widened. I decided not to tell her what had finally made up my mind. "We're two dragons and Skynet is Skynet. Nothing much to worry about."

"When do we leave?" She asked.

"You know where Rev is, right?" I asked.

"Yes."

"Then what are you waiting for?" When I said that Pru went below the water and started to swim. I then flew up high where the clouds were just brushing my wings. The clouds were nice and white, no chance of rain at the moment. If it did rain I wouldn't give up. It'd just make things a little harder.

Over the next few hours I saw Pru swimming below the water and then flying short distances above the water. Sometimes she would go out of sight, but would always fly back to me. It was nice to have that amount of reassurance. The reassurance that someone would always come back to me.

Finally Pru flew back to me at such a speed I wondered if she had drank the human drink called coffee. She dove into the water and then flew up to meet me. I couldn't tell if she was doing this because she needed to, or if it was only because she was so happy. It wasn like my expertise was in knowing about all the breeds of dragons Jash Connor had created.

"So you found him?" I asked. I couldn't think of any other reason she'd be so happy.

"Yes, I found him." Pru said and dove down into the water. After a moment she flew back up to meet me again. This was getting slightly annoying. "He is tied up at the moment."

"Probably went all Gung-ho again." I said, shook my head, and looked at Pru. She nodded and flew over me. I followed and, after thirty minutes, saw the Skynet vessel with Rev Rezner as its passenger.

The vessel was long and Rev Rezner's body was able to fit on it comfortably. Except for a wing tip, he was in no danger of falling off. T-800s were patrolling Rev. I would remark that it was interesting that they had no skin on, they were naked in other words, but this wasn't surprising. Their current function didn't require them to hide.

I looked at Pru Jingo, gave her a signal, and went above the clouds. I knew that Skynet would still be able to see us, but that didn't matter. What did matter was the amount of speed I could gain by diving down.

The signal I had given Pru would make sure she knew that she was the distraction. She didn't think she could fight, so that would all be up to me. Was Rev really worth it? For more than one reason he was. I wouldn't admit that to him of course.

As I roared and dove down, Pru jumped out of the water and gave her own roar. The Terminators on the vessel were confused which mythic form to go for. Pru made their decision easier for them.

She found an important looking part of the ship, tore it off, and started flying around with it. Most of their attention was on Pru. Well, at least for a few extra minutes. In those few minutes I landed on the vessel and knocked most of Rev Rezner's guards off.

He turned his head towards me and wore a shocked expression on his face.

"Don't worry, I'm real." I told him, not sure if he had been tortured or not. His body was torn but that could've been the fight he had shown before being captured.

Rev hissed but remained still as I started to free him and the sound of Pru's distraction could be heard. Just as the sound stopped, Rev jumped up and took to the air. I followed him just as Skynet started firing at us.

When we were high enough, we roared, and used our Hellfire breath to burn the vessel. Then, up through the warming waters, rose Pru and she broke the vessel in half. The last things the Terminators heard and saw were us roaring as all three of us flew away.

I was feeling good. The wind felt great against my face and I had successfully rescued Rev Rezner. Well, I had done it with the help from Pru who was now swimming under the waves. After a short flight the shore was in sight.

Both Rev and I dove down so Pru could fly up to meet us. All three of us flew in complicated patterns as a way to say goodbye. Our wings brushed against each other's as did our whole bodies. It was a wonderful dance to do.

Finally our dance had to end and Pru dove down to swim to her natural habitat. With dragons like Pru Jingo I wondered about Jash Connor's true reason for creating us. But I didn't have time to think as now all concentration had to be on deciding on what to tell my master.

The landscape passed under us. The dragon cave came into sight and we dove down to enter it. We both came to a landing at the same time and walked to Raven Connor's chamber. As always, Jash was leaning on the flawless form of Raven.

Raven Connor was a Silver Dragon and, as such, didn't have wings. She could still fly though. None of us could figure out how that was possible.

Raven looked at us and Jash Connor walked towards us.

"How did the mission go?" She asked.

"It did not go well." Rev replied. I did not envy what he was doing at the moment. "I was captured and both Pru and Lillith Jingo had to rescue me. The vessel that carried me was destroyed."

Jash frowned and nodded. "Then the mission was a failure."

Her face suddenly gained an expression we had come to recognize as her contacting Jash Y Kins. Kins, as we called the dragon, was psychically connected to Jash. She was an extension of Jash so that she didn't have to be somewhere in order to know what was going on.

Finally Jash came back to herself. "I have sent Jash Y Kins to get Ezra and Kendra Jingo to search the wreckage for anything valuable. Like you should've, Rev Rezner."

"I ask for your forgiveness, Connor." Rev said and bowed to the tiny humanoid.

"I will probably give it to you later tomorrow." Jash said and waved us away.

"Thank you." Rev said once we were in the main common room chamber.

"For what?" I asked, pretending not to know what he was talking about.

"For rescuing me." He replied. "I know it must've been hard for you to decide to rescue me."

I bowed my head in shame. I had hoped he would've thought better of me. Even though he was more correct than he should've been.

"It was hard." I said. "But there was one reason I decided to rescue you. One reason above all others that I decided to go through with it."

I lifted my head and our eyes met. I was going to mention something that I didn't like to think about. It was the real reason why I was in such a huge argument with Rev Rezner. I didn't know if he knew it was the reason, but he must've guessed. Besides, he was someone that should be very important to me.

"You're my father." I told him. "You're the one I should trust above all others. Even above Connor. We might disagree from time to time, but I owe you my life. I hoped I showed you that today."

Rev's face turned to a frown. My tail went from side to side. I worried about his reaction. He should be happy that I had shown some daughterly love. I hardly did show that side. But, with my father's life on the line, I had shown it.

"There should've been more than that." Rev finally said. "There should've been more than simple loyalty. Doing something for me because I'm your father should be a feeling that you can't explain. You just explained it."

With that Rev climbed the walls and found a mini-cave to rest in. I looked up at him and shook my head. He had too much of an idealized version of a daughter. That's something we would always have to disagree on. As would be me not being part of the Royal Family.

Terminator Ride Going Away

Here is a page for those of you who want to keep T2 3-D: Battle Across Time ride open.

For those of you who don't know: This ride is just awesome, cheesy, Terminator fun. You are taken to Cyberdyne and then taken across time to stop Skynet for good.

I am posting this here for a friend and for the fact that I love LOVE this ride. I only feel lucky that my T2 ride won't be going away, but fear that its time might be coming soon.

revrezner feels that all it needs is to be updated and it'd be fine.

I like it how it is but think that updating would be better than taking it away forever.

The Green: Origins

The building appeared in the distance. It came closer and closer as Plague drove faster. I leaned back in my seat and recalled Jillian. Luckily enough, Plague had grown calmer with each passing hour.

Maybe it was the fact that the world was ending. Or the fact that he truly loved me. Whatever the reason: it seemed that he had forgiven me. Now the only thing affecting me about her was the why of the situation.

Finally we reached the building and I got out of the car quickly. I couldn't believe what I saw.

"Matthias!" Plague yelled. I didn't care if anyone affected by Gralg came after me. I was home.

I stopped in front of the familiar entrance.

"It's home." I told Plague as he caught up with me. "This is the place with the scientists."

He put his hand on my shoulder. "Well, let's get your father and get out of here."

"Yeah," I said while smiling. "Let's do that."

I held onto Plague's hand as we pushed the door that promptly fell down. What this place had been, it wasn't now. The way it shined was gone as well as the people. Except for the few corpses that were lying on the ground. The most shocking thing about the corpses was that there seemed to be no trace of Gralg from their attackers.

Plague and I looked at each other.

"You going to be able to handle yourself?" He asked.

"Yes." I replied. Though I was uncertain if I would be able to.

Plague seemed to pick up on my nervousness but still left me to my own devices. And my own devices took me back to my old room and, finally, the table that I had woken up on. Before the table there had been nothing that I could remember.

Maybe if I went onto the table I could remember what I had forgotten. As I took my first trepid steps, my foot pushed against a corpse. I jumped back and looked down. When I looked down I saw that it was Yuji Makija.

*               *              *
My mind was at once loud and silent. A million thoughts went a thousand different directions. I was finding out I was important and useless all at once. If Plague were to ask me what I was thinking i couldn't tell him.

As Makija's tape finished, I tried to become calm again. No need to appear to be freaked out if Plague were to come back soon. I looked down at the tape player, such an ancient device to humans, and wondered why.

To calm myself down I felt the tape player and tried to gain focus. There was no doubt in my mind that Makija's final recording was the most honest thing he had ever said. No matter how much it pained me now, and probably would in the future, I couldn't doubt the things said on the tape.

I heard footsteps and looked up in anticipation of Plague. Maybe he could erase what I had heard on the tape. As he entered the room, I got off the table I had been sitting on. He looked at the tape player and then my face.

"Did you find out too?" I finally asked him.

"I found out that Yuji Makija is Henry Johnson." Plague paused before continuing. "He is your father."

I laughed sadly. "No, he wasn't my father. I have no father."

"But, John," I felt my mind race and slow at the mention of the name when Plague said it. "You've known for awhile what your real name and father are."

"I'm not Matthias. I'm not John Johnson. I have no real father." This time it was my turn to pause. "Johnson dealt with cloning."

As the implications entered Plague's mind I said, "I guess you can call me Clohn now."

"So Henry Johnson was cloning." Plague started. "He wanted to become immortal because he feared death. It isn't that unusual of a reason."

"He saw his mother die at a young age." I said, recalling what the tape had taught me. "He was scarred for life. It wasn't wrong what he did."

Plague looked me over and then continued. "So we have a scared child that went into cloning to become immortal. So-"

"Why me?" I asked. "He wanted to test to make sure the process worked before he did it on himself."

"So there were more of you made?"

"The tape said I was the last of the John Johnson batch." I replied.

Plague nodded. "Johnson saw you as the most likely chance of success and so he sent you out into the world to test you."

I rubbed my head where the tracking chip had been pulled out of. It would probably be sore for days. "Yeah," I finally said. "He wanted to see if my memories would come back and if I could survive."

"But nothing came back until that whore."

"Jillian. Yes." I said but was unsure why anything would happen with Jillian and no one else. Then it clicked. Though not all the way. "I'm only going to enjoy sex with women. I wish I could enjoy it with you, Plague."

A tear started to form in Plague's eye. "Yes, Matthias. But at least now I understand if you don't want to be with me. That it isn't your fault. I know how to deal with my urges but that burden shouldn't be passed to you."

I took notice of how he didn't use my new name of Clohn. "I will always stay with you, Plague."

Plague laughed and shook his head. "No you won't. You're straight now."

I walked over to him slowly and made my decision. He was the only one I loved, even if my body didn't admit it. He was the only one that had truly loved me. I couldn't give him up for the world.

I took his hand in mine and slowly went to kiss him on the lips. I knew at once it was desperation and the truth all mixed into one glorious moment. Plague knew my confusion and certainty too. Even through my emotions he managed to kiss back.

We broke away and looked into each other's eyes. "I love you, Matthias." Plague said.

"I love you so much more, Plague." I replied in relief at knowing I had made the right decision.

"I know." Plague said and took out his phone. The next few minutes were him explaining the situation to those in charge.

Plague gave the information that Yuji Makija, formerly known as Henry Johnson, was dead and would've been useless anyways. A cloner wasn't what the army was after. They also wouldn't be interested to know I was the last clone of John Johnson. Nor that I was in love with Plague.

Doctor Who "A Town Called Mercy" Review

Will the Doctor show mercy?

To Boldly Flee (2012)

Title: To Boldly Flee

Parts: 1-8 (aka the whole movie)

Type: Made for a Site (That Guy With the Glasses)

Director: Doug Walker

Starring: Channel Awesome Producers

Rated: N/A

Released: 2012

Personal Rating: 5/5

Oscars: N/A

Basic Plot: Doug Walker starts an epic journey as he is called to go into a Plot Hole.
-----------------------------
References to the Writing Process
As you can tell by the Basic Plot, they do delve into the writing process. Not in an artsy or serious way, but in a humorous one. And they don't delve into the writing process deeply. But those writers, like myself, will get something out of this. If only a little reward. The biggest instance of this is at the end.

Connection to Last Year's Anniversary Movie
This movie has a connection to last year's anniversary movie. Don't worry, you don't need to see the one before this as it's explained enough. You don't get every detail but you do understand enough for the plot to make sense. I was happy to see this connection and to see it wasn't simply dropped off.

Everyone's Talent
This has a lot of good talent in it. Linkara brings his villain MechaKara as a threat to the crew of USS House (?). Oancitizen brings his art house knowledge when Luke Mochire needs to learn more about the Plot. Phelous makes fun of himself as he dies a lot and is wearing a red shirt in the movie.

Final Thoughts
This movie was just awesome. Especially for the budget. I have to mention, again (first time was in the First Thoughts of this movie), that the Nostalgia Critic is retired. I HATE how people are outraged. There are other people on the site (Linkara, Oancitizen, Phelous, Welshy, ect.) and it's not like the site is going to die. Trust me, I was shocked when that part came up. But I trust Doug Walker (Nostalgia Critic) to do good with his plans for a new show.

Sushi, Sake, and Tanuki: After the Fall

It had been a few days since I had killed Hijunaki. Killed my own creator. It could've brought me nightmares if I had thought about it for a little bit. The reason I hadn't thought that much about it was the woman riding me now.

I was in my Shika Deer form and she was on my back. I was tired and couldn't wait until we arrived somewhere I could rest. The problem with this form was that I didn't feel free. I couldn't jump up and fly to save time. No, I could only run.

I huffed and Yomosa, the lovely woman on my back, scratched behind my ear.

"Don't worry, Rig, we'll be there soon." She said in her calming voice. That voice, as well as her scratching behind my ear, calmed me down. Now I remembered the reason for taking her with me. I had feelings for her. Were they feelings of love? I didn't want to go down that path. Not now.

I was Rig Katashi and I had found something worth living for.

After a few hours of hearing Yomosa's voice I saw a farming village. She quickly jumped off and I shifted into my main human form. As soon as I shifted forms I stretched to test out the limbs of my current form.

"Tell me again why I had to shift into a different form before we reached this village." I complained as soon as I finished stretching.

"Because you said you didn't want to arouse suspicion." Yomosa replied.

"And why did I have to change at all?"

She walked over to me and gave me a kiss. "Because you love me."

We shared a smile and I wished I could admit to what she had just said. We then turned back to looking at the village.

"You haven't lived among humans that much, have you?" She asked.

I shook my head. "Not since Sajoki and Tamui."

Yomosa gave me a smile and that gave me the strength to go into the village.

It was frightening going into the village since these people were humans. Yomosa was human but, again, I had feelings for her. I couldn't say the same thing about the others.

"Where are you people from?" One man asked me after we had asked for a room.

"Around." I replied. "I can't say much more than that. We've been on the run and it's better that you not know more than that."

The man smiled, sensing my lie. "As long as you don't bring trouble we don't mind."

"We'll be gone as soon as we can." I replied and could tell that he was happy for the news. This was a small village and so his reaction was normal. I could tell that Yomosa was slightly insulted, though.

After a few minutes he brought Yomosa and I to a small room. "Thank you." I said and bowed.

"Just keep that promise." The man said and bowed down higher than he needed to.

As soon as he left Yomosa kissed me.

"So we're on the run now?" She said and laughed.

"I thought it was a good excuse." I replied and we let ourselves go. Letting our bodies intertwine in which ways they wanted to.

* * *
"Why do you stay with me?" Yomosa asked, rolling over in the bed.

I shifted to a no form and then shifted back into my main human male form. She laughed and I tried to bring a smile to my face. Truth was that I loved her more than I had ever loved Sajoki. But I had never told her that.

"Why does it matter?" I replied. It didn't matter since I would protect her either way. She knew I would so why did I have to say it.

"Because I want to know if I should keep following you around." She said. "Sort of useless to do if you're just going to abandon me."

"I would never abandon you." I said.

"I know. You risked your life for me."

"I just don't see another option." I replied and then looked at the rising sun. "Looks like we should break our fast now."

Our breakfast was simple and I enjoyed it. However, I missed the feeling of blood going down my cheeks. I missed the feeling of just meat, even if it was cooked. The village had animals, of course, but they saved the meat for special occasions. And two travelers stopping by didn't count as a special occasion.

After we ate our breakfast, we went to a field. The sun was shinning down on us and I looked up at it. Suddenly I felt a foot hit my ribs.

"Ow!" I yelled out and grabbed Yomosa's foot so she fell to the ground.

Being graceful she got up quickly. I decided to play fair and stay in my male human form. This didn't help her much as I had lived for millenia. All things being fair, though, she did a good job at fighting me.

Normally the fight would be done in a few seconds, but I let it go on for awhile. Partially because I liked seeing her fight and partially because she was just that good.

Finally I attempted to block her and failed. We both allowed ourselves to fall to the ground with her in my arms.

* * *
Finally there was silence. Well, unless you wanted to count Yomosa's soft breathing. And I didn't count it as it was peaceful. Her breaths were so peaceful that I hardly noticed them.

I held her slumbering form in my arms. Nothing else mattered. Hijunaki was dead and Sajoki was leaving my mind. I had another now to love and cherish. I didn't have to be held by the demons of my past. I knew, without a shadow of a doubt, Yomosa would never leave me. And, really, who could ask for more than that.

I had been holding Yomosa ever since we had finished making love. It wasn't just plain old fucking, it was love. My arms, finally, were growing tired of holding Yomosa. It would've done in song for me to hold her in my arms the entire night, but this wasn't a song.

I carefully let her go and my efforts were rewarded by her staying asleep. The only movements that showed she noticed what I did was to turn over. If only I could've fallen asleep tonight.

Walking outside the room and into one of the streets, I remembered why I couldn't sleep. The street was quiet now since it was so late at night and I was left to myself. I was left to wallow in my thoughts of feeling like I was being followed.

Jirou wouldn't have followed me. I knew that as a fact. We were too good of friends for him to want to stalk and kill me.

Looking up at the stars I felt like they were looking back at me. I was afraid that they were looking at me. Specifically I was afraid Akumie was looking down at me. Why would I be afraid of her? Why would I imagine that she was looking down to kill me?

If you had pissed off a goddess you'd have the same reaction. I had made her think I loved her so that she'd have sex with me. My plan had worked, but at a high cost. She had been pissed off at me.

I shook my head and went back to sleep with Yomosa. The woman I'd protect from a goddess' wrath. When I woke up I kissed Yomosa and then went to work on the farm.

I had been working on the farm for a few hours. I imagined Yomosa lying next to me in bed just to make it through the day. I had no choice but to let myself be affected by the heat like a regular human. And humans couldn't deal with heat like I could normally.

While I thought about taking the day off I realized that I couldn't. While these humans didn't want me here I had to repay them in some form. And if they had decided it was by working on the farm, so be it.

Finally I was given some interesting work when I was told to kill a rooster. This was due to it not acting nicely to a fellow rooster. Plus, it was meat that the village wanted above all else. The rooster looked at me and realized I wasn't human. So it went to attack me.

It was almost like a mortal attacking a goddess. After a few pecks I was able to cut its head off. I didn't allow the blood coming out to go onto me. Though I allowed a smile when I knew it was dead. Looking out of the doorway I saw a fellow worker eye me oddly.

I would like to describe what I meant by that but I couldn't, not if I wanted to. It was just odd. I didn't know if it was that I couldn't read humans that well or if it actually meant something.

When lunch came I was able to eat alone with Yomosa. I looked around to make sure that no one would over hear us.

"What is it, Rig?" She asked.

"There was an odd incident when I killed a rooster today." I replied.

"Oh, come on, you're still alive aren't you?"

"Sometimes enemies strike slowly and take their times. My enemies can live for millenia."

"Come off it. Who would be after you?"

"The goddess Akumie."

"Never heard of her."

"She isn't one of the big ones." I said and we remained silent for a few minutes to make sure we weren't being observed.

"So, what did you do to piss her off?" Yomosa asked when she could.

"Said I loved her just to have sex." I replied and she slapped me. Luckily another slap didn't soon follow that one and I was able to finish my work on the farm.

Going back to our room at evening we were joking around. We opened our door expecting to find our room uninhabited and ready for some play. Whether it would be sexual or not was yet to be seen. We just had to go through the door.

Going through the door revealed it the room to be torn apart. It looked like a demon had torn through it and left in anger at not finding its prey. Had Akumie done it? Or had the villagers done it to get us out quicker?

"Don't worry." Yomosa told me. But I had to worry. For both of our sake's.
* * *
I found myself looking at Yomosa's sleeping form again. She knew I was there and would find my watchfulness comforting. Well, more the former than the latter would make her less likely to suddenly attack me. Her breathing seemed more worried. And why wouldn't it be? Our room had just been torn through and now there was danger.

Though our room wasn't like Hijunaki's Palace, it was still ours. We hadn't been here for as long as I had been at the Palace, Yomosa didn't have the lifespan for one thing, but at least we had been here for a little while. The invasion was most likely just a threat as we were both alive. Yomosa to sleep and myself to watch. But for what reason was the threat meant?

I quickly stood up and prepared myself to fight as I sensed someone, or something, enter our room. Looking at the robed figure didn't do much. For whatever it was, it wanted to be hidden.

"What do you want?" I asked sternly.

"Rig Katashi," The figure said in a sickly voice. Sickly for a human but normal for an Air Elemental. "You must leave."

"We were already thinking of leaving this village. No need to tell us we have to leave here." I replied. Though I knew that it meant something else entirely.

"You must leave this land." It said. "You must cross the ocean, which you have only seen lapping at the beaches, and find somewhere else."

"You mean leave the only land I have ever known?" I walked up close to it, but I still couldn't tell if it even had a face. "What gives you the right?"

"I want to save your life." It said without its sickly voice hindering the anger. "The one who is coming against you can't leave this land."

"And who is this one?"

"Names have power. Invoking this one's name would have devastating consequences."

I thought about what this creature was saying. It wasn't just talking about leaving a village or going into hiding. It was talking about leaving it all behind. I didn't mind leaving some memories behind, but others I couldn't dream of saying goodbye to.

"And what if I stay?" I finally asked.

"Then you are your lover will die." It replied. "It's not an easy choice. But you need to make it."

I took a few steps back and nodded.

"I have done what I can here." It replied and just disappeared.

At that exact moment Yomosa woke up.

"We have to go now." I told her.

"Why?" She asked and stared at me.

"A creature, possibly an elemental, told me that we have to leave this land so we can live." I explained and an expression of despair washed over her face.

"Are you sure?" She asked and I looked away.

"Yes." I said and then what came out next I couldn't have stopped even if I had wanted to. "I love you and I wouldn't lead you into unneeded danger."

This didn't lead to a kiss but merely an embrace that said so much more.

After many minutes we stopped the embrace. I had finally told her. I had finally admitted it to her as I had admitted it to myself before. I loved her. I loved her completely and then suddenly felt bad about telling her a lie. Such a little one but it was there.

"You don't have to leave this land." I told her. "You can stay. It is I who have to leave."

Yomosa looked at me and I was worried that she would get angry. That this moment would be ruined forever.

"I know." She finally said. "I doubt the elemental would be that concerned with me. I'm just a human."

I smiled sadly. "More than a human. Much more. But you have the choice to make. If you want to choose the safer option I will understand."

"I have already chosen." Yomosa said and planted a light kiss on my forehead. "And I am not going back."

After she spoke we started to pack up. We didn't have much but that didn't mean it took us a short amount of time to get finished. All of our belongings were spread across the room. Most of the time was spent finding specific items.

By the end of this challenge we were both worn out. I even thought that Yomosa would leave me by how high tensions got.

Many hours later we finally left the village. We didn't say goodbye or say thanks. Whatever was after me wouldn't care where the extra minutes came from. Yomosa felt bad about leaving without warning but I managed to convince her to just leave with me.

As we got a good distance from the village it turned midnight. I set up a place for her to sleep and then she lay by me. I knew a few things as Yomosa fell asleep by my side. I knew that she was the bravest human I had yet met. I knew that I'd do anything to protect. Finally, I knew that I loved her completely.
