Exploring Rey's Journey
Myself, I didn't become vocal about it since I was trying to not spoil it for anyone. Plus, while I am sure enough in my opinions to run a blog, I tend to allow people to like what they want without saying anything. Such as not telling people to quit with the #BenDeservedBetter. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
I feel people have misinterpreted the ending of The Rise of Skywalker and so wanted to finally give my two cents on it. The best way to understand the ending of the most recent Star Wars movie is to recount Rey's journey throughout the sequel trilogy.

Palpatine was a Clone in The Rise of Skywalker
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker had Palpatine, aka Darth Sidious, returning. Throughout the movie's runtime there was no exposition about how this had happened. So viewers were left wondering how a character that was supposed to have died in The Return of the Jedi actually survived.

Coming Soon: Exploring Rey's Journey
With the release of The Rise of Skywalker, the ire of the Star Wars
fandom was ignited once again. Some loved the film and were polite. Some
loved the film and became defensive of it. Some loathed the film and
cries of 'not a true fan' were heard.

Tarot Deck: Fandom Edition
I like to keep my spiritual side off of this blog as that's not what this place is about. This blog is about dissecting and celebrating different shows, movies, ect. So making a post that has to do about tarot wouldn't make sense.
However, if I were to combine tarot and fandoms I'm in the post would fit. Hence this post. This was partially inspired by me thinking about making a tarot deck of my fandoms and my disappointment about the Game of Thrones tarot deck. The latter had the Moondoor on The Moon card.
I will provide minor explanations about different parts of the tarot deck, but I'm not expecting some explanations to be useful to the newcomer. So if you're interested in doing tarot, you'll need to do your own research.

The Raven Speaks: Rey's Lineage Shouldn't Be Retconned
Some people didn't like that Rey didn't come from some great Jedi lineage. A possibility exists that her lineage will be retconned in the upcoming movie. This doesn't make me happy.

Star Wars: Shatterpoint (Book Review)
Shatterpoint focuses on Jedi Master Mace Windu. While there are many times I agree with the Jedi, there are also times I disagree. And with each chapter it does seem that Matthew Stover adores the character. Or at least can get into his head.

Special Offer: Shoutout on my Shatterpoint Review
I adore all my fans. It is because of you I am where I am today. I'm not big but I have made an impact on people and that's what is important. I'd like to take this time to thank everyone who has decided to keep on watching and reading what I do.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Book Review)
Matthew Stover does an admirable job in turning a bad script into something more enjoyable than it has any right to be. It is not perfect, but it is still better than what made it into theaters.

The Future of the Jedi
The topic of this post was voted on by the members of my Facebook group HERE WE STAND. If you would like to vote on future posts, feel free to join.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi made people both very angry and very happy. Today I'm not going to focus on the reasons for the outrage but on the future of the Jedi. Rey came to Luke Skywalker in the hopes of strengthening her Force powers. However, it turned out that the Jedi Master of legends had become a recluse that had shut himself out of the Force.
By the end of the movie all the ancient Jedi texts and Luke are gone. To say the future of the Jedi is uncertain would be an underestimate. I've decided to give my own opinions on where things will go for the Jedi.

Shipping Confessions: Kylo Ren/Rey (Star Wars)
Star Wars is a series that spans many movies, books, video games, and other media. It is a series that captured the imaginations of many around the world. The movies focus on the classic struggle of good versus evil with mystical warriors at the forefront.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens was able to reawaken the Star Wars movies. After the prequels came out I grew worried that any Star Wars movie could be good again. I was happy to see that The Force Awakens proved me wrong.
Today I'm going to be looking at a possible incest ship. I say possible as we don't know the exact genealogy of Rey and Kylo Ren. It is possible that they aren't related and yet it's equally possible that they are related.

A Quickie: The Flaws of the Jedi (Star Wars)
The Jedi Order has existed for millennia. For time without end, it seems, they have been the bringers of light to a chaotic universe. When I first watched the movies I saw them as the good guys. There could be problems within the Order but the flaws could always be fixed. Right?
I am not sure where the origins of the Jedi Order are in the new canon and I don't want to accidentally give out some now defunct canon information. It's been awhile since I've kept up with the Expanded Universe (EU) as all the information overwhelmed me. Need to catch up but with my never ending 'to read list'...might be awhile.
So if anything new has been revealed in the EU and I don't mention it, that's why.
