Following an ancient streak of premature suicides; Sad was finally confronted by an angel with an offer. In exchange for one final attempt at experiencing a full life, Uriel would give Sad a way out of the cycle of souls.
Having regained hope of putting an end to his reincarnation, Sad accepted the offer and was sent out to live a normal life in a fantastical world. Aimless, depressed and outright rude to anyone in a three-metre radius, Sad inevitably gets himself into trouble time and time again.

What was the inspiration for writing Chronic Reincarnator: Part 1?
I found a lot of comedy set in fantasy dull and overly serious most of the time - so I decided to write something I would actually giggle at while writing.
What was the writing process like for Chronic Reincarnator: Part 1?
I sit down, turn the music up all the way and scribble away for an hour or two.
Then I lament my decision to 'just wing it' during the editing phase.
What music did you listen to while writing Chronic Reincarnator: Part 1?
Imagine Dragons and Fallout Boy.
What was your favorite scene in Chronic Reincarnator: Part 1 to write?
I don't want to spoil too much and it may seem like a minor thing but I liked writing the scene where the protagonist is forced to ask for help and then he receives it - that's rare for somebody as emotionally dead as him.
What was the hardest scene in Chronic Reincarnator: Part 1 to write?
While I enjoyed writing it - the scene where the protagonist thinks back to his past lives was tough to get right - juggling the present and past personality of the same person while highlighting both what stayed the same and what changed.
