Upcoming Review: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes
Ambition will fuel him. Competition will drive him. But power has its
price. It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the tenth
annual Hunger Games. In the Capitol, eighteen-year-old Coriolanus Snow
is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The
once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on
the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to outcharm, outwit, and
outmanoeuvre his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute. The
odds are against him. He’s been given the humiliating assignment of
mentoring the female tribute from District 12, the lowest of the low.
Their fates are now completely intertwined — every choice Coriolanus
makes could lead to favour or failure, triumph or ruin. Inside the
arena, it will be a fight to the death. Outside the arena, Coriolanus
starts to feel for his doomed tribute and must weigh his need to follow
the rules against his desire to survive no matter what it takes.

A New Original E-Book Series: The Secrets of Ashes
I am again trying my hand at publishing e-books. In the future I plan to get novel length books out but as I am flooded with fanfiction projects I'm going to stick to novella length e-books for now. I can get those books out much quicker than I can multiple novels.

What Rachel Got Right That Daenerys Got Wrong
Game of Thrones gave viewers Daenerys Targaryen to root for. She started out as a mere abuse victim and eventually became one of the deadliest forces on the show. For many seasons it appeared that she would end up being a hero so it was unsurprising that many were taken aback when it was revealed she was the ultimate villain on the show.
Well there had been clues sprinkled throughout the show that it was possible for Daenerys to become evil. Just you had to have been looking for those clues as the show preferred to completely hide the twist instead of rewarding observant viewers.
Animorphs did the opposite with Rachel. The book series fully acknowledged that she was wavering between succumbing to her bloodlust and staying true to her humanity. So when she made her choice it made absolute sense.
