Sharing Noelle (Mini-Review)

This review was written for an ARC of the book.

Sharing Noelle by Margot Scott tells the story of Noelle, Sawyer, and Colton. The night Noelle meets Sawyer she is attracted to him. That same night she finds out that since her father is marrying his mother, they are now related. When Sawyer invites her to his father's place for Christmas, she finds that she's also attracted to his father. Will all three let passion overtake their senses?

It's only because this book is pure fiction that I fell in love with it. It has a story that won't let you put the book down and characters you actually care about. Noelle feels that her father has held her back from doing what she wants. She feels compelled to go to college because it's what her father wants. Yet when she stays at Colton's resort, she finds that she wants to work there. But she worries what her father would think. Her father, mind you, who also tainted how Noelle viewed sex. This due to the fact he takes Noelle's mother leaving him as a reflection that all women are untrustworthy if they sleep around. Yet he sleeps around and proposes to every woman he gets with.

While Noelle only has problems with her father, Sawyer has problems with both of his parents. His mother doesn't care about him and so he hardly feels any connection to her. He even has commitment issues because she left him shortly after he was born. He feels burdened by his father and loathes visiting him.

Colton has the most stable life of the three. He has a business he enjoys and doesn't care about the wife who left him long ago. His problems come from the fact that Sawyer is distant from him and it's been awhile since he has slept with a woman.

It is Noelle who comes up with the idea to sleep with both Sawyer and Colton. Sawyer and Colton agree to it as they really want to sleep with her. As the book goes on their bond goes from just a good time to truly caring for each other. Sawyer starts to doubt how he views commitments, Colton thinks he has found love again, and Noelle starts to find the courage to live her own life.

Now onto the sex stuff...everything is made even better by the taboo nature of the relationship. While Noelle and Sawyer aren't related by blood, they are still step-sister and step-brother. Plus even if they weren't related, there's the fact that Sawyer is sharing Noelle with his father. The book doesn't just wave that away which makes the relationship that much hotter.

The sex is also varied in the book. Even though a lot of sex happens, each scene is varied so you don't feel like you're reading the same thing over and over again. While there are a lot of scenes with all three having sex with each other, sometimes Noelle is only with Colton or Sawyer. I am glad that Colton's manhood enters her the most. Hey, I'm biased towards older men.

Early in the book, Colton relieves himself in the shower. I don't know why but that scene just did things for me. Usually those kinds of things don't do much for me. Maybe it's because I was attracted to Colton right away.

I would recommend Sharing Noelle by Margot Scott to those who really love taboo things in their reverse harem books.
