I am Kiwi and I am a scout in Seitou's clan. I am of the Shadow Flight and serve the Shadowbinder.

Selene picked on me when I was young. When I grew up I became dominant and she learned to respect my strength. I don't hate her and we are good friends. Such good friends that I had to follow her to Seitou's clan. There really was no other choice for me. Besides the fact that I am dominant in all walks of life, I am extremely intelligent. I am not one you should try and fool.

A Fateful Journey 5

Tired was not quite the word I was looking for. I was looking for a word that conveyed so much more than that. Crayak and I were taking a break from traveling. We had been making good time, especially as I was in charge of navigation this time, but it had been at quite a cost.

"Ellimist," Crayak said, leaning against me. "How much longer?"

I thought about it. How much time would it take for me to part with this Coatl? How much time could I add to our journey?
