A few days ago I finally decided on my true familiar. All of us dragons of Seitou's clan have a familiar that fits our own personalities. Before we find our true familiars we hold temporary ones. And my decision...well, such a lack of surprise that I thought that...no one really cared.

I am Metis and I give each dragon a psychological evaluation to help determine if they leave or stay in Seitou's clan. I am of the Shadow Flight and serve the Shadowbinder.

I prefer to be alone and ponder ideas. I find social gatherings too wasteful for real thought to be found. I was the only one of my nestmates chosen to be kept in the clan. I think Jadedmoon saw my journal, a former one when I was younger, and was impressed enough to suggest I be kept in the clan.

I am Herbie and I am head of the Medical Department in Seitou's clan. I am of the Shadow Flight and serve the Shadowbinder.

I chose to go into the medical field as I feel a great need to help all those I meet. With my growing psychic abilities what I think is helping someone sometimes harms them in the long run. When helping a patient I use my psychic abilities to get a better understanding of their ailments.

I realize that there is a greater destiny than most dragons realize. There is more than the battles that are in front of our faces. However, I find my own knowledge making me distant from my other clanmates.
