What are the Dragonmorphs? They are Animorphs but dragons. On the site Dragon Cave I have been collecting a little team together for this Dragon AU. As aliens don't exist on the site, the Yeerks and Controllers will have to work differently.

But that's a problem that's in the future, so I have a lot of time to think about it. I'm still running through a couple of different scenarios for the Yeerk clan (whatever that will be called).

Lifespan (Yeaflon)

The normal lifespan of a Yeaflon is 2,000 years. When a Yeaflon gets around 900 years old they aren't given another off planet mission and are usually called back to Vulch that they can teach the next generation. However, if the Yeaflon is already on an off planet mission when they're around 900 years old, they are allowed to finish it.

There are a few Yeaflon that have reached 5,000 years. They are a rarity, though.
