Importance:
After a long war, each side was suffering heavy loses. So a meeting was arranged where everyone agreed to a peaceful end. Each side would have their own domain and not interact with any other side. If two sides were forced to interact with each other, they were to remain peaceful with each other and go their separate ways as soon as possible.
