Weekly Update 8/30/2015

 

For those of you who have just stopped by my blog and/or don't have a lot of time to keep up with my blog, this is for you.

I will be posting on some of what I consider important stuff I have blogged about this week and updates on upcoming chapters of fics/projects.

I will be attempting to post these posts once a week every Sunday, but don't be surprised if I miss a week or two (hey, I sometimes have an actual life).

August 2015 Release (Jash's Dragon Army)

This month Dragon Cave saw a new monthly release! You can go HERE to read the release announcement. The new egg can be found in the alpine, desert, and volcano biomes.

Below I will be showing one example of the new release. This means there will only be one example even if the breed has dimorphism (aka male and females look different) and/or if the breed has different versions. The next post I'll make about the July 2015 release will be about the new release as there was only one.

Finding Love (Kaliforna's Journal)

I had been foolish earlier and so I had a broken wing. Herbie had done his best to fix it and he says it should be healed within a day or two. Bless the Shadowbinder for giving the clan such a good doctor.

I had broken my wing by rushing to Glau's aid when I thought she was dying. What I had forgotten was that, as a necromancer, she is able to go to the edge of death and still come out alive. She uses this trick in battle and it helps us win due to how surprised our enemies get.

So I went to her side, she 'wakes up', and suddenly I find myself in her mock battle with her trainees Al and Blackthorn. Glau hadn't been able to stop the mock battle in time and she apologized.

But I didn't mind, I liked seeing how she was training the future warriors of the Shadowbinder. Besides, it was my own fault for not being able to hold my own in the mock battle.

As I lay by my nest of eggs, my mind turned to Birchurawkp.
