July 2017 Releases (Jash's Dragon Army)

Dragon Cave recently released two new breeds. Luckily none of them are hybrids this time around. I was only able to get one version of the Baikala Dragon because I'm an idiot who only just now realized there are two color variations to it.

Baikala Dragon

Egg
Looks like it's a little sickly.

Unique Hatching Sequence
Same old. Same old.

Hatchling Stage 1
Looks like a Yeerk from Animorphs.

Hatchling Stage 2
Alert the Andalites! The Yeerks now have wings!

Adult
There is dimorphism in this breed. They continue to look like slugs. Slimy slugs. I do like the coloring on this breed. The red almost seems like drops of blood. The fact that it is another two-headed breed also makes it somewhat unique.
Description
Yes, another mysterious breed. The fact that they inhabit 'lesser-known' depths excites the loner in me. I like that this breed's intelligence isn't known and yet its ability to strategize isn't in doubt. Also the lengths that this breed will take to get food is admirable.

Script Dragon

Egg
Interesting colors. The rune-like writing stands out.

Unique Hatching Sequence
Same old. Same old.

Hatchling Stage 1
Cute and adorable. Seems like it isn't sure of itself.

Hatchling Stage 2
More purple is always a plus!

Adult
This breed has no dimorphism. It looks extremely happy like it has no worries. I can imagine it flying around in joy all the time. It also looks regal, almost as if it could be the ruler of a distant land. The rune-like writing from when it was an egg is there. I like that the color purple was kept even if it isn't as strong as it was before.

Description
The red writing on their bodies differs from dragon to dragon. It's even mentioned that when the writing appears on their bodies that they can do magic better. It could be that this breed needs to have the writing on their bodies to become powerful magic users. However, this will be left as a mystery as the writing is in no known language.
