The definition of a Class 4 is: Perfectly fit for infestation, but are too great a challenge for invasion
The reason Yeaflon fit this since they can easily sniff out Yeerks. If a Yeaflon was infested, others would easily be able to tell that their friend is a Controller. Adding to this hardship is the fact that the Yeaflon are highly intelligent and the few attempts made to infest them haven't worked out.
