Update: The Ultimate Animorphs Quiz

Update: Fifteen people have taken the quiz so no one can access it anymore. Once I've made progress on the quiz I will reset the password. Thank you, everyone, for your help!

So I've finally started working on my Ultimate Animorphs Quiz again! Instead of doing Part 1, Part 2, ect. this one is all in one lovely quiz. Though I'm not against adding more parts to it in the future if there is enough content for them. As stands this one will eventually cover at least all the Animorphs and main alien races.

Feedback on Quizzes

While there was a Hork-Bajir Chronicles, there was never a Taxxon Chronicles. If you were given the ability to make a canonical Taxxon Chronicles, what would you do? How would you structure the book? What time period would you focus on?

I would focus on the time the alliance was created and how this went on to affect the Taxxon who would become a member of the Council of Thirteen. It would be written similar to Visser with flash-backs only no memory dump.

I would probably begin with the origins of the Taxxons themselves, explaining their biology and the hive in more depth. Then, I would consider detailing a period wherein they tried several attempts to cure the hunger that never worked, until finally the Yeerks came and promised to simply give them all the food they could eat. There would be a divide between those loyal to the hive, and those who sided with the Yeerks.

I think it would have taken time. She was sixteen. She hadn't been in the darkness for very long. And even people who have--even victims of the worst kinds of trauma--have hope for healing. The human mind is tremendously malleable. And there is always hope.

I think eventually, like Jake did to a certain extent. It wouldn’t have been easy. She probably would’ve gone with the others at the end to find Ax.

No. She had become too addicted to fighting, to the war. She would have needed another war to fight at least as much as Jake needed one, but instead of being able to live peacefully until there was one, she would have been picking fights, flying off the handle all the time, endangering others needlessly. She might have tried, like Jake so long ago, to say that she could go back to living a normal life, but she would have known that she could never do it. She already knew she couldn't, at the latest by The Separation. She knew that that desire to spill blood, to kill even, was too much a part of her, and she needed that rush and the danger it entailed to survive.

Tobias was just a bully magnet before he saw Prince Elfangor. Before he found out that the Yeerks were invading Earth. But he became the first of the original Animorphs to want to fight. Throughout the course of the series he was subjected to revelations, actual torture, and the loss of his love. He is my favorite character and I'd like to see how much you really know about him.

The Animorphs series began with the Andalites appearing to be the ultimate good guys. All our heroes had to do was fight long enough until the four-eyed aliens came with backup. But then things grew complicated and no longer did the Andalites seem like the good guys. At least not like they had in the beginning. I have a relationship with the species that is mostly hate but to dismiss their contributions to the series would be pure insanity. So, without further waiting, let's get to testing your knowledge about everything Andalite related.

There is a saying about knowing your enemy hence this part will be about the Yeerks. In the Animorphs series they are the main villains and so every fan should know about them. It is the Yeerk invasion of Earth that causes the main conflict of the series. Without the threat of the Yeerks our lovely Animorphs would have no reason to become child soldiers. So prove to me that you know the Yeerks from their biology to infamous members of the species.

Animorphs is a series about a group of teenagers fighting off an alien menace. The series is near and dear to my heart so I decided to make a long quiz all about it. Each part will focus on different things relating to the series to help test your knowledge. I do not know how many parts I will make so keep on the lookout for future parts just in case. This part will be a sort of overview of the series. If you don't do good here...you may want to think about re-reading the series before continuing.
