Skyrim (Part 214)

A follower randomly abandons me and I have to make sure they didn't die.

Family lost something so, of course, I have to dive down to get it.

Skyrim, the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls franchise, has many things that divide the fandom. Such as whether you side with the Empire or Stormcloaks in the Civil War. Those debates get nearly bloody even though people are only getting upset over a fictional game. Though, I admit, the argument that 'everyone is racist so racism is okay' gets me angry.

But there is one thing that unites the entire fandom: the utter hatred for the Thalmor.

The Thalmor are an elitist faction of High Elves that seek to rule over all of Tamriel. It was them who helped twist the Skyrim Civil War into happening. It is them who are using the conflict to create an eternal war so that the Empire is weakened.

But what if I told you that even though the Thalmor want an eternal war, a Stormcloak victory would greatly help their cause?

I give some special books to the College.

Mercer is totally not leading me into a trap.

I barely survive acquiring Umbra.

I do some quests that are way less stressful than saving the world.

Shorm Grove (Part 121)

I might be able to start working on the ceiling next time!

I upset Maven.

I start being a good thief.

I am now a thief!

The Purity Quests will...never get done. Just...nope.

Wolf Man (Mini-Review)

Wolf Man is a reimagining of the 1941 film. Blake is raised by his strict father and ends up encountering a strange entity in the forest. As an adult he has cut off all ties with his father and now has a family of his own. When he gets the news that his father has been declared dead, he decides to take his family out to his childhood home. But when they're attacked by the same strange creature he saw as a youth, Blake's family finds themselves fighting for their lives. The Wolf Man was released in 2025. It was directed by Leigh Whannell. It stars Christopher Abbott, Julia Garner, and Sam Jaeger.
