Manifest Moira (Jash's Dragon Army)

Dragons aren't born into clans, except on very rare occasions, and so they must find a clan that suits them. This can take many years, a couple human lifetimes at times, but they finally find the clan they wish to belong to. The clan that they wish to dedicate their life to.

Clans each have their own rituals to decide if a dragon is worthy enough to join. After a dragon has completed the trials of their desired clan, there is a ritual most clans use to celebrate their new member.

The title of this ceremony is Manifest Moira or "Obvious Fate" as once the trails are passed, there is no longer any doubt about where the dragon is supposed to be.

Manifest Moira is a celebration and so some form of alcohol is usually served. And the alcohol that is served are only kinds that are considered rare. Some of the more trickster clans have part of the ceremony deal with stealing alcohol.

As for clans, or individual dragons, that don't drink alcohol: there is a substitute of some other precious liquid.

Games are also played. For the more serious minded clans, these involve very difficult mind games. For the more light hearted clans, these involve games that are more physical. And for the warrior clans, there are battles that last for days.

The final part of Manifest Moira is when this oath is said:

Clan: You have proven yourself worthy. Do you promise to obey our laws above all else? Are you willing to live and die for the clan? Do you promise to hold our laws to the best of your ability?

New Clan Member: I will hold the tenets of my clan above all else. I am not scared of death if it is in the betterment of my clan. I will always hold the laws of my clan dear to my heart.

Clan: Your clan welcomes you.

Exceptions
These are the clans where members are born into and yet dragons outside of the clans are accepted.
