Pairing: Xenomorph and Ellen Ripley
Type: As this isn't a romantic pairing (per se) and what a Xenomorph feels isn't known, whether this is canon is up to debate.
Plot: A Xenomorph reflects that it likes to hunt Ripley. What makes this disturbing to him is that he is feeling the beginning of a bond with her (though nothing close to a romance).
